Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of acme-lab.io, an informational site operated by Sunnyday Technologies LLC of Appleton, Wisconsin, USA.

Informational site; no services sold here

acme-lab.io describes the ACME Lab initiative. Nothing on this site is an offer of testing, certification, or engineering services, and no orders, payments, or accounts are taken through this site. Inquiries are handled by email and any engagement is governed by its own written agreement.

Prospective capability

The fully autonomous lab loop described on this site is a prospective capability, in development, and is not yet deployed for commercial certification work. Current commercial deliverables remain human-in-the-loop and rely on qualified external laboratory partners for code-required mechanical testing. References to measurement frameworks or standards indicate points of compatibility, not endorsement, accreditation, or certification. The engineer of record retains responsibility for code applicability on each project.
